Silas has a high degree of sales aptitude. He asked all the right questions to find out what my husband and I needed, and found 3 vehicles that fell in that list of criteria. He’s also very organized and helped us get some of the paperwork out of the way before we came in. When we settled on a car he was able to get us an outstanding deal. We are completely happy with the sales experience. And we absolutely love the Ford Bronco we purchased. We will shop here again.

The experience we had purchasing a new Acura RDX was made easy by our sales consultant Tommy Calhoun. He took the time to understand our needs by asking questions to help us decide on a model. Once we decided on the car he patiently explained all of the car features and answered any questions we had. There was no pressure applied to make the sale or add any options we did not want. After the sale was completed he located our car and kept us updated every step of the way. Tommy got us a fair price for our trade a new car purchase. I would definitely go to Tommy in the future if I purchased another Acura.

Had a great experience working with Randy on a used 2023 Honda CRV EX-L. He got straight to the point and we came to a price after only exchanging a few emails. I really enjoy taking my car to Shottenkirk Acura to be serviced! Alan is my service advisor and he’s excellent! Alan is well mannered and he gives great customer service. He is courteous and kind he is thoughtful and he will always call and let you know what’s going on if you want a great service advisor for your vehicle and you’re driving a Acura go see Alan. And they wash your car before they return it to you.

Came for a complete vehicle inspection. It was done in a timely manner and the results were very thorough. The team there are professional and friendly. Should I need some help down the road with my vehicle I would feel comfortable coming here. Oh and I got a awesome complimentary car wash to boot!

From beginning to end Alan took care of me as soon as I pulled my car in for service. He is very fun and charismatic and I just love going there. He made sure to have a loaner car ready for me and called me as soon as my car was ready! Couldn't recommend a better place! Customer service is A-1 as well!
